This policy explains Trapezo's online information gathering and dissemination practices. Questions regarding this statement should be directed to Trapezo by email to privacy@trapezo.com or by phone at 415-216-1900. Privacy of information is of paramount importance to Trapezo. Therefore, Trapezo will not disclose any customers' information beyond the limits set in this privacy policy.



1. Collected Information
1.1 As a Trapezo Customer (hereinafter "Customer, "you" or "your") you will have access to the Partner Fusion Platform (SM) using our on-line registration form, on which we require you as a customer to provide us with your contact information (i.e. a user name, password and e-mail address) and other personally identifiable information ("Personally Identifiable Information") related to your business, as described in Section 4.1, below.

1.2 Trapezo may collect from its Customer(s) and for operation of the Partner Fusion Platform, a Customer's end user information (name, company name, address, phone, fax, email.) Information collected by Trapezo on its customer(s) and for the operation of the Partner Fusion Platform will not be disclosed to third parties.



2. Disclosure of Information
2.1 As a general practice, we do not sell or rent any Personally Identifiable Information about our Customers to any third party. The following describes some of the ways that our e-business clients' Personally Identifiable Information may be disclosed.

2.2 Trapezo may elect to use a Customer's end user information in an aggregated format for various reasons,; some of these reasons may be to provide improved information targeting to a customer's end user, as well as better overall services to the Customer. However, a Customer and a Customer's end user will not be identifiable in any way.

2.3 Legal Requests. Trapezo cooperates with law enforcement inquires and other third parties to enforce laws, intellectual property and other rights. Therefore, intellectual property and other rights owners, and local, state, federal and international law enforcement can request and may receive a customer's identifiable information.

Due to the existing regulatory environment, we cannot ensure that all of your private communications and other Personally Identifiable Information will never be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this privacy policy. By way of example (without limiting the foregoing), we may be forced to disclose information to the government or third parties under certain circumstances, or third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications. We can (and you authorize us to) disclose any information about you to law enforcement or other government officials as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate, in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringements, or other activity that is illegal or may expose us to legal liability. Therefore, although we use industry standard practices to protect your privacy, we do not promise, and you should not expect, that your Personally Identifiable Information or private communications will remain private under the abovementioned circumstances.



3. Customer's Username(s) and Password(s)
3.1 Customer may not disclose or share Trapezo's password with any third parties. If you lose control of your password, you may lose substantial control over your Personally Identifiable Information and may be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf. If your password has been compromised for any reason, you should immediately change your password and inform Trapezo customer support at 415-216-1900.



4. Reviewing and Changing Customer Information
4.1 As a Customer, following registration, you can review and change the information you submitted during registration including:
  • Your name, company, taxpayer ID, address, city, state, zip code, country, primary phone number, secondary phone number, fax number
  • Your password
4.2 You must promptly update your information if it changes.

4.3 In responding to a request by a customer to have its information removed from Trapezo databases, you should not expect that all of your information will be completely removed. When Trapezo receives such a request, Trapezo will use commercially reasonable efforts to remove access to the information through the Trapezo Partner Fusion Platform. However, in some circumstances, Trapezo will maintain your information in order to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems and enforce our Service Agreement. Furthermore, technical constraints (related to database architecture and programming) may prevent us from completely removing such information.



5. Other Information Collectors
5.1 Except as otherwise expressly discussed in this privacy policy, this document only addresses the use and disclosure of information we collect from our customer or our customers' end users or that was willingly given to us. To the extent that a customer(s) discloses information to any other parties, different rules may apply to their use or disclosure of information that is disclosed to them. Since Trapezo does not control the privacy policies of third parties, customers are subject to the privacy customs and policies of that third party. We encourage you to ask questions before you disclose your company information to others.



6. Security
6.1 Trapezo uses industry standard efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of its Customer(s) and Customer's end user(s) identifiable information, however, "perfect security" does not exist on the Internet.
