Can I get personal help with my order?
You
bet. We're here and ready to help you select a gift, answer your
questions, and generally help you out. Call us weekdays between

Is it safe to use my credit card?
It
sure is. Violet's Secure Server Software encrypts all of your personal
information - including your credit card number, name, address,
and phone number - so that no one else can read it. It's the best
technology available today for making e-commerce transactions safe.
3.
How do I pay for my order?
You
have four options: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Flooz
dollars. (What
is Flooz?) Because Violet only sells merchandise over the Internet,
we can't accept personal checks, travelers checks, money orders,
or cash.
4.
What is the Violet's return policy?
Refunds
are issued in the same tender as the original purchase. (For example,
if you paid with Visa, you'll get a credit on your Visa account.)

Please
include a proof of purchase (receipt and/or packing slip) for all
returns/exchanges. Be sure to include your name, address, and telephone
number in the package as well.
Please
note that you are responsible for postage on returned merchandise.

Does Violet accept international orders?
Right
now, we can't SHIP to any addresses outside the United States. Violet
only ships to the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and
Puerto Rico ( the last three via air only). However, we can ACCEPT
orders from other countries, so if you live outside of the U.S.
and have a valid credit card, please feel free to order gifts to
send to friends and family in the States. We plan to offer international
shipping soon.

What kind of other gift services does Violet offer?
Giftwrap.
We'll be happy to wrap your gift in Violet's signature paper and
tie it with a beautiful French-wire ribbon. (To see a photo of a

here.) The cost is $4.00 per box.
Hand-written
Gift Card. If you choose to have your gifts wrapped by Violet,
we'll attach a complimentary handwritten gift card.
Packing
Slip Without Prices. All gift orders include a packing slip
with the prices omitted. You can identify your gift orders for us
by selecting the "Is this a gift" button during the Checkout.
Personal
Shopping Services. Looking for a gift that just HAS to be right?
Need ideas for your mother-in-law? Your Bridesmaids? Your dog-walker?
Need a corporate gift that doesn't feel too…well…corporate? Give

Once you've told us what address you're shipping to, we'll show you
your shipping options and costs. Just choose the one that's best for
you. Please note that for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto
Rico we can only ship via air.
9. What happens once I've placed my order?
Once you place an order with Violet, you will receive an order confirmation
email from our Customer Service department. You will then receive
a shipping confirmation email onces the order has been shipped.

10. Can I track my order?
You sure can. Just sign in to the Account Info area with your password
(if you haven't created an account already, click
here). Then go to Order Status. We'll give you a UPS tracking
number, which you can use at the UPS website for real-time tracking.
